Users Opt-In For Data Collection

Revealr AI data is collected via web user opt-ins. We act as a safe-harbor for this first party data and allow our customers to utilize information coming from their own web property.

Our customers’ websites disclose to users that personally identified information (PII) is being collected. Details are provided to users on the website through a company’s Privacy Policy.

Additionally, by using a user authorization banner on your website (“This Website Uses Cookies”), your customers can opt-out of data collection if it’s not accepted.

Allowing Customers to Opt-Out

In order to meet CCPA standards, we ask that our customers add a link to the Untitled CCPA form within their Privacy Policy.

If a California Resident requests to have their information removed, Revealr AI will delete all records of the user from our data sets in order to meet the CCPA standards.

Additionally, for California Residents who may have already opted out of advertising on your web property, we ask that our client send us these records before accessing the feature so we can remove these individuals from showing up in your data sets.

Is any PII transmitted to third-parties?

No. We do not transmit or share any PII with third parties. We leverage our joint first-party data, via consent string authorization, to link your site visitor IP and opt-in cookies to our data sets ensuring we are CCPA and GDPR compliant.

on the website that will host the Revealr AI Lead resolution Data Stream Tag.
